Spói is elegant modular house with 117 m2 house consisting of 72 m2 in the ground floor, 5m2 storage and a 40 m2 sleeping loft. The house consists of an entrance hall, a separate utility room/storage, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom in addition to the sleeping loft. The bathroom has a separate exterior door, designed to allow direct access to and from the tub.
The house is fully finished on the outside with spruce cladding. Windows and doors installed and included in the price.
The roof metal sheets and accessories are included in the package. All windows and doors have tripled glass.
The house wood modular elements come in large units. The units are assembled at the corners.
All our houses come fully painted on the outside (2 rounds), the customer can choose the colour combination.

The price for wood floor unit is ISK 2,520,000. (with VAT).
The price for panel cladding instead of gypsum extra ISK 2,250,000. (with VAT)
