All drawings can be modified according to the customer's wishes. After the house drawings have been confirmed, an offer is sent to the customer. Once the offer is accepted, the contract is signed and the buyer has paid the first deposit, work begins on the drawings.

All architectural and engineering drawings are included in our price. The manufacturer makes production drawings in accordance with Icelandic building regulations and they meet all Icelandic standards.

When the load-bearing design is ready and approved, production of the building units begins. The units are manufactured by experienced specialists who complete the production process in accordance with standards and detailed production design. Quality management and production conditions ensure high-quality workmanship and precision in production. The production time of the houses is on average about 8-12 weeks.

Delivery of houses is in accordance with the purchase agreement made with the customer. We offer delivery of our houses directly to the customer anywhere in the country. Houses are insured all the way to the delivery location of the house.
