After the house plans have been confirmed, an offer is sent to the customer.

Upon acceptance of the offer, signing of the contract and payment of the first 10% is done

Prepare all drawings for the building permit application.

All architectural and engineering drawings are included in our prices. ​

The manufacturer makes production drawings in accordance with Icelandic building regulations and they meet all Icelandic standards.

Payment of 40% deposit and production drawing begins. When the structural design is ready and approved, the production of the house units begins.

The units are manufactured by experienced professionals who complete the manufacturing process according to standards and detailed manufacturing designs. Quality management and production conditions ensure quality work and precision in production.

The production time of the houses is on average about 16 weeks.

House production is completed, the house is ready in the factory.

Final payment must be received one week before the trailer loading date.

Loading of trailers is done in the factory.

Delivery of house is done in accordance with the purchase agreement.

The house units are insured all the way to the work site.

We can offer delivery directly to the construction site.

Estimated delivery to the work site is about 3 weeks after final payment.

The assembly of the house is the responsibility of the buyer.

Experts can be provided by the factory to install the houses if requested with additional cost.
