Spói is an elegant year-round house with 63fm in size and in addition it includes a 30m2 loft.
The house consists of an entrance room, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom as well as the loft. The bathroom has a separate front door, designed to get directly into and out of the hot tub. We offer three versions of this house.
SPÓI V1
The units are finished on the outside and covered with standing spruce cladding. Windows and doors installed. Roof rails and accessories are included in the package. All windows and doors have triple glazing. The house comes unassembled but in large units that are then assembled at the corners. All our houses come fully painted on the outside, with two coats of anti-fog (you can choose the color).

and meet all Icelandic standards. You can choose from a number of designs of standard modular houses. It is also possible to change the standard drawings and adapt the houses to the needs of each individual.
